| How do you cancel a shipment to receive your deposit back? Uship seems to have this well hidden. I had accepted a bid ,paid the deposit,had a relative wait all afternoon for the pickup and no called ,I emailed and received an email 2 days later stating the weather was the problem,(understandable) but they stated they would contact me when they were ready to pickup, I received another email stating they now had equipment failure and may have to go back empty, I sent an email asking when they may be back in the area and have not received a response (4 days have gone by). So I want to cancel this shipment with this company but I have searched everywhere on Uship . Any Help will be appreciated. Thank you
