When I post a shippment are other carriers able to see what current bidders see for price?   My shippment is being nickel and dimmed for days now.  Price drops of $10 only.   Is this typical for this site?

Yes, everyone can see what the prices are. But hang in there and have faith.......someone will eventually show up and pay you to do it. Now THAT is typical on this site. I don't get what the problem is. The prices you are getting correspond with the weight and costs associated with transporting a load of that size of that size(alot of weight guzzles alot of fuel and it isn't cheap these days). In fact you have some real good folks bidding on your stuff.

All kidding aside......that is some decent weight you need hauled and diesel prices are not going lower anytime soon. I looked at your listing and those are some decent prices you are getting. Most folks would even want more. I know you have 5200.00 budgeted for this haul but fuel on the east coast is almost 75 cents more than in MT. The bidding trend is nothing indicative of this site. It's just the rising cost of everything.

Thanks,

My issue isnt the cost as much as needing to know how this site works.   I was thinking everyone bidding could see what the last bidder bid but could find no info on this.  One of the bidders has been very nice and very helpful.  It was a general question not a complaint on my part.   This is the second time I have posted this transport.  The first time I did the bidding was much different, so I was trying to understand the change and warkings of this site only.

Thanks again.

I knew what you were saying. It was 4 in the morning when I read your post and just tried to inject a little sarcastic humor in there. Actually all the details can be read by everyone. The Q&A, the bid, the bid details, the transporter.....everything is visible to everyone who views your listing. I was actually looking at one of your items at one point being that I run that route all the time and will have my trailer with me on the next trip and I live in MT but the target you entered was way too low for me to touch. You have a couple of good folks bidding on your stuff there. They will get you handled.
