I was looking for a way to ask a question to the shipping company and by mistake I clicked on a white flag that turned yellow. This caused a problem for the shipping company and I wanted to undo the yellow flag, but there was no way I could find to do this. I looked everywhere for online help, but could not find any. At least there should be a dialog box asking if you want to report a violation after you click on the flag. That would catch people like me who are just learning how to use the website.

as long as what you flagged wasn't in violation of the UShip rules, then the flag will be turned Green and there is no problem! Now, if he had something posted that he wasn't supposed to, then he was in violation of the User Agreement and his flag will turn RED and he will get 'reprimanded' for his no-no and it likely would have been flagged by someone else eventually, so don't feel bad! There are a number of us that get Yellow flagged on a regular basis because we are legal compliant insured Carriers with all the proper authority and the illegal guys don't like us informing potential shippers of the risks that they take by using someone like that!
