| Rep Sue Myrick (R-NC) has introduced a bil to allow all states to make their own decision on exploration and drilling. Congress would not have any direct authority under this bill. Call your Congressional Repre sentitive and tell them...Vote YES!!

Thats Great.... but won't do us a whole lotta good if we don't have the refinery capacity to refine it! Which is really our BIG problem at the moment!!! Ask for more refineries!!!!!

| Don Go get a couple of 5 gal glass carboys and a couple of the old style air locks, home made is always better and cheaper. I used to make a lot of Blackberry and strawberry, when I was staioned up at Keyport, WA. its so easy to make , and you get to control the alky content, anything over 16% tastes like Jacky D though. I used to let it ferment in my living room at house temp. also my friends could not get at it, as I always kept the door locked when I was making a batch. Mind you I was seventeen miles out in the country back then.

| The info on the legislation and the new refinery both cam on the Radio. I think Neal Beortz had the refinery news and Sue Myrick is often a guest on the John Boy and Billy show.

| The new refinery was actually approved in South Dakota, see here for more information. Seems the refinery (the first in the US in decades) still has a decent way to go before it construction even starts. If you want to read more on the new legislation, try here or here. If you want to read the actual bill, see here at the Library of Congress.
