She colled me several times en route to let me know the progress on the shipment. She confirmed that this cargo would be safe and secure. Even though I was flexible with the delivery date, she was early and called me to see if I was alright to accept early delivery. I accepted, and I got delivery of my cargo earlier (and cheaper) than I would have had I gone with the shipping service I compared.
