I have received a Bid from a Service Provider and CANNOT ASK A QUESTON of that Service Provider no matter where I go.  Your instructions state in several places that 'you can ask as many questions as you want about a Bid by going to the Ask Question link on the Bid Details page' and also in the Listing Page BUT IT DOES NOT WORK.  This is very frustrtating and is blowing the whole deal.&lt;br&gt;This set-up is NOT user-friendly and is much too restrictive.  There is no Customer Support.  Emails do not get answered until the issue is no longer relevant.&lt;br&gt;The site just does not work as stated.&lt;br&gt;If there is a way to ASK a Question, Where is it?  Why does it not work when I go to the Bid Details and Choose Ask Question? However, the bid details (once the bid had been placed) were as follows:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Timeframe:&lt;br&gt;Service Provider will pick up shipment before 8/11/2009.&lt;br&gt;Service Provider will deliver shipment before 8/31/2009.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;This is a really bad bug that needs to be attended to soon...I cannot fulfill the bid details as stated, because they're different than what I specified. This happened in all of the bids I placed today.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;And to answer your first question - I'm positive that I didn't accidentally input "before 8/11". What's the deal with this?  We couldn't find anyone else because this guy waited so long, so now we've traveled 1800 of our 2900+ mile trip with a UHaul -- the LEAST preferred option.  My husband is trying to think forgiving thoughts, but he can't.  Besides dinging this guy for being unable to complete a transaction, does anything else happen? So m.uship.com does not work but uship.com loads properly. The only real problem is Uship.com/find. The listings do not automatically show up. I have to scroll down to the freight type ( cars, household, animals and such) and click the + to expand the listings then click select all. I repeat this process and it will finally allow me to review all the listings. But when I click on a lisitng and return to the previous page to continue looking at listings I have to do that whole process over again or it just doesn't load the page completely.
