If you are over 26,001 you must have a CDL regardless if you are hauling for hire or not.

If you cross a state line and are over 10,000 lb you ARE a commercial vehicle.

JH

RE: Can't get verified as a shipper due to error message when I enter my cc information

More of that skeery advice and it's wrong. If you are looking to Transport stuff for people you are called a TSP, NOW if you had DOT & MC NUMBERS which is required by FEDERAL LAW all you would have to do is input your DOT & MC NUMBERS where uship asks you to and they would import your info for you but something tells me you dont have them, AM I RIGHT?

If so dont get caught its a $10,000 fine if you get caught by the DOT COPS and they will IMPOUND your truck and everything else you have on your Truck & Trailer

Can't get verified as a shipper due to error message when I enter my cc information

I have sent an email and posted this problem on the boards, but have not gotten ANY help.
