I know the bids are to be all inclusive for tolls, fuel surcharges, etc.; but do they have to include escort fees since they may not be known?  Are they usually included?

Thanks,

Steve

No... ..and they do not include fees for any other type of dating service either.  You'll need to pay for your preference in companionship separately.

Oversize loads that require permits and/or escorts are usually not included in my bid. Reason for this is those are expensive items, they change daily, and with oversize loads your road is determined by each state per the load specs. I also don't include the cost of Ferries when I go into Canada since they are based on oversize length. I usually though give the customer a "rough idea" of the costs
