| Hey Mickey, I went to the FMCSR's FAQ section to see what documentation I needed and if I even fell under the regulation. It lists 4 different catagories of carriers that the regulation covers. Some of the uShip service providers do not fall under the regulation and some do. However, there are some providers that are either not sure or are not correct in what they are telling others in their posts. Is it possible to clarify and do a one time posting of some sort to all uShip members/providers/etc? Thanks for everything. P.S- The utube thing was very funny!

And also so that NO ONE goes off half cocked! As I am sure, several of our fellow drivers, as well as myself has made our points, and our position regarding scofflaws, outlaws, weekend warriers, and flat out illeagle haulers (illeagle TSP's) crystal clear....

| Sorry about that. Not sure why it didn't work with th "S" added. If you go to the official Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration web site, in the search box look for the frequently asked questions (FAQ). Question #18 addresses the who and what is under the regulation guidlines. Sorry about the bad link. Glen.
