mmmmmmm Am I a Shipper or a Carrier? I'm confused.

!!Protect yourself and your property!!

Did you acquire and VERIFY the validity of your chosen Carrier's FEDERALLY MANDATED DOT & MC #'s as per the UShip User Agreement?

http://www.uship.com/user_agreement.aspx

Note: Did you know that NO active "MC #" = No COMMERCIAL insurance?

OOPS !!!!!!!

INTERSTATE" transport requires an ACTIVE "MC" number! You verify it at the Government's "REAL TIME" web site: http://li-public.fmcsa.dot.gov/LIVIEW/pkg_html.prc_limain

 Still don't understand? Read this:

Is it Asylumfarm as in crasies farm or as in illegal alien farm,or illegal transporter farm with 2 trucks.

Surely after 2 trucks, you'd know by now the definition of who is a shipper and who is a carrier.

Have'nt you had people laugh at you when you showed up for a pickup and said Hi I'm your shipper doing business as Asylum farm.

Get serious Dude...A shipper is the guy with the horses that want them shipped.

A carrier=transporter=transport service provider is the entity with the mode of transportation

A consignee is the entity receiving the shipment at the destination.

Now that we got that straightened out for you.Go get yourself legal before you get hit with a 10k to 15k fine and have your customer's shipment impounded and lay extra money from your pocket for the horses food and care and lodging before you get them back and only after all your papers are in order.

Those fine men in blue jumpsuits and blackboots are doing a fine job on America's HWYs with checkpoints intercept looking for violators of any kinds. They love to bring extra money to the town's coffer from where they're basing themselves.

They don't care, they'll have you walk to the next exit to sober yourself up.

I know a guy that was driving longer hours on a hotshot shipment.Guess what. The officer at a scale told him to park the truck in the back lot, bring them the keys and either call a taxi or start walking to the first exit and bring in the motel receipt the next day.

The reason you're not able to bid is because you claim to be a shipper.Obviously a shipper cannot bid on a shipment.

"ARE WE THERE YET".

Get serious about everything you do...Or none will take you seriously..
