| Just wondering, what is DirectoRank and how does it work? Some of the shippers I see at the top of DirectoRank don't have a very high feedback rating. How can I move my shipping company farther up in DirectoRank?

We used to have a very sophisticated algorithm for Directorank, but we ditched it in favor of ranking TSPs by average monthly volume of shipping within the category over the past 3 months. So, in three short months, you can be at the top of the list in the categories that you service. Best of luck to you as you start out in the business...
