| For the life of me I cannot get the uship links to work in my auctions. I copied and pasted the HTML into my listings - the box shows up and the uship logo and blurb - but the links don't work for estimates or even to get to the site. Help! My ebay ID is shabbytown. Is it just me? Are they working?

We have widget code that you can copy and paste. You need to link your eBay account with your uShip account and the system will automatically insert the widget for you. you can find out more here http://www.uship.com/ebay/widgets.aspx

Widgets display information and invite the user to act in a number of ways. | Seth, I linked with uship and now when someone clicks on the sidget in my auctions they get an error code. What am I doing wrong? And do I have to manually put the HTML in every auction or will it be added automatically? Will it add to future auctions or all existing?

Oops. I was editing my sentence earlier and deleted the most important part. This should read "We no longer have widget code that you can copy and paste"
To get uShip widgets in your eBay Auctions you must link accounts. You cannot insert code yourself. The system should automatically insert the widget in auctions that match up with our categories.
If you have linked your eBay and uShip accounts and the code that was automatically inserted is not working please email me (seth@uship.com) the URL for your auctions and I'll have the developers fix it.

| I've done everything you said - linked uship with ebay - still nothing. the widget shows up only in one auction. tell me - if the item is listed as "pick up only" would that keep it from showing up?

| yep! I think that's it! I have 2 auctions with shipping fees for DHL - the others are pick up only. so - that stinks. I want the uship link in there specifically for the pick up only items so peeps can try to arrange their own shipping. any way to get around that?

| hello, i am sorry to bother you but i am having trouble finding information on your site. Perhaps you could have a FAQ like many sites, ebay questions, shipper questions, and so on, because i feel im not the first with these questions. 1: i joined your ebay link, but no banner (widgit) on my ebay site? what gives? 2: how can I enter the weight of the items that i would like to be eligable for uship? i would like my buyer to just enter their zip and get a estimate (KISS). 3: how do i exclude smaller items from my uship banner (if i ever get it working), these will ship by USPS or UPS, I dont want to scare those buyers off by making them think they need to arrange shipping. 4: im not really clear from reading how I can offer your services without getting involved in the process, I would like buyers to buy from me and arrange shipping through you, I just want to open the door when the shipper comes to pickup the item. Do i have to review and forward the bids to my buyer? Do i collect shipping fees and pay you (I hope not)? I think things will go better without me in the middle. As you can tell I'm a newbie to your site, but not to shipping items +500lbs or to ebay, please help. thanks for your time, mark

| Same problem here. Linked eBay and Uship acounts and nothing. Also, I have 48 auctions running and in my uShip account it shows 67. This is a great idea if they can work out the bugs. One more question. If I have more than one location will the auto calc be able to figure that out because I figure it pulls the zip from my uship account and not the eBay add?
