My question is simple...If I sent out bid invitations, and meanwhile I received an un-invited bid, do the rules allow me to wait for the invited bids? Does the un-invited bid prevents the invited shipping business from responding?

You choose who you want. Yes, you can wait until you are completely satisfied and have received responses from any/all parties.

!!Protect yourself and your property!!

Did you acquire and VERIFY the validity of your chosen Carrier's FEDERALLY MANDATED DOT & MC #'s as per the UShip User Agreement?

Note: Did you know that NO active "MC #" = No COMMERCIAL insurance?

OOPS !!!!!!!

INTERSTATE" transport requires an ACTIVE "MC" number! You verify it at the Government's "REAL TIME" web site: http://li-public.fmcsa.dot.gov/LIVIEW/pkg_html.prc_limain

Thank you very much for the prompt reply.

I was concerned about the possibility that the web page system itself were to be designed in a manner that each bid had to be responded before any other service provider could make a bid. Thanks!

Hi Gerry, I live here in Florida and only 75 miles from Jacksonville, I would love to haul your car out to you in NM if you like, I use a Enclosed Trailer so this way NO road rash from any stones sticks or sand or whatever may be on the road for the trip will damage the car. If you would like I can place a bid for you for this. let me know here or do a bid request for me. I will Include Insurance for this car as all LEGAL CARRIERS are required to do for NO EXTRA COST. Check out my profile and you can see the type of service I have provided for past people like yourself.

Thanks for reading this and check out my profile.

This is a message to all the people that are using this site to ship something

USE A DOT COMPLIANT CARRIER ONLY

Its the Federal Law that anyone that transports ANYTHING for any kind of PAYMENT MUST be a DOT COMPLIANT CARRIER. It doesnt matter if its as small as a BREADBOX or as large as a ARMY TANK the CARRIER NEEDS to be

DOT COMPLIANT

Ask for their INSURANCE COMPANY INFO before your shipment is picked up to protect yourself from loosing your item and call the company to check its a good POLICY, some have been know to make FAKE POLICY PAPERS UP.

I am a Verified Motor Carrier By Stop Illegal Trucking dot com
