I believe Don (aka 1meandog) has a two car low profile gooseneck that he is trying to get rid of. May want to contact him. There was a picture of it in his profile at one time, may still be.

Thanks Bobby Bobby I have a 35' (42' OAL) Imperial Gooseneck 2 car hauler for sale. It is a tri-axle low solid deck with slide out ramps. The 5' dovetail and slide out ramps make it an excellent choice for loading low clearance cars. There are a lot of other features but I won't go in to them here. I recently had the entire brake assembly system replaced including drums, magnets, bearings, etc. It also has six new tries and is ready to go to work. It is excellent mechanical condition but does have some cosmetic issues such as the paint is somewhat faded and it shows a few typical dings and dents from normal use. It is on the Memphis Craigslist under cars and trucks and it is located in Southeast Missouri. If you're interested you can contact me directly. Don ....to Ron, thanks for bringing this to my attention ....to Eric, thanks for your post

| Let me know if anyone needs converters for the gooseneck hitch. I have a converter made by Putnam that converts gooseneck to 5th wheel complete with the B&W plate up for grabs. I only used the thing once in my other truck and when I bought the Dodge I never put the GN in the bed so there it sat. I'm only doing BP trailers so this unit can go. It is not the big bulky drop in unit. This one is just a little bigger than a shoe box. Anyone needs one let me know.

Is that what you have? Is it the 4" square? What is the B&W plate? And, of course, how much?

| What I have is the entire adapter that converts any GN hitch into a 5th wheel hitch. If anyone has a hide-a-ball system(where the ball can flip over and provide a flat bed surface) this unit converts that into a 5th wheel hitch in just a few minutes. What you do is pull the ball out and place the B&W plate into the hole(one side is the recieving end that will go into where the ball would go and the other side is a king pin that would slide into a 5th wheel hitch). The other part of the hitch locks onto the king pin and the other end locks onto the king pin of the trailer. Sounds confusing to explain so I will try to attach a pic of the set-up. I only used it once and I did not like the idea of losing my bed space that usually generates good money as well so I am sticking to BPs. I paid 375.00 for it new and need 300.00 out of it.( I will attach it on the next post here).

| If you look at the picture you will see two cotter type pins. If you pull those two pins it will expose a GN ball that will attach to a GN if you want to do what you are talking about(convert GN trailer to 5thwheel). All you would need is B&W plate with a kingpin on both ends. An easier way to do it would be to just buy a B&W plate with a kingpin on one end and GN ball on the other. It is about 18 inches tall and about 18 wide. The way she sits the trailer's king pin gets bolted into the square end and the king pin on the B&W slides into the 5th wheel plate.
