You didn't decline it when you excepted the other bid it was automatically declined.Now seeing the TSP has canceled the shipment you start all over.

When you see a listing and the Shipper has requested a bid and then all of a sudden you cannot ask questions or submit a bid, it could be that the shipper just ended the listing or excepted someones bid. i have no Idea whay when shippers cancel there listing it still remains on uship for a little while. Randy
