I believe Tony (duratrans) and a few others have, and if it is the same one I'm thinking of, RUN, RUN FAST, RUN FAR AWAY from them. I believe a few of them waited 6 months or more to get paid and that took threats and something about their bonding company having to get involved before they cut the checks.

I believe Express Auto Delivery is being confused with Express Auto Trans.  Express Auto Delivery has a 99.7 rating on CD.  There is also an Express Auto Transport.  There are several that have the same sort of name variation, so make sure which one you are looking at exactly.  Express Auto Trans (Cincinnati, OH) is the one that everyone has had trouble getting paid from.

SIT1 is right the two have names so close together, it was the one he talked about that took so long to pay me and only after I filed a claim against there bond company. Funny thing now is they still call about once a week looking for me to transport stuff for them.

FAT CHANCE OF THAT

This is a message to all the people that are using this site to ship something

USE A DOT COMPLIANT CARRIER ONLY

Its the Federal Law that anyone that transports ANYTHING for any kind of PAYMENT be a DOT COMPLIANT CARRIER. It doesnt matter if its as small as a BREADBOX or as large as a ARMY TANK the CARRIER NEEDS to be

DOT COMPLIANT

Ask for their INSURANCE COMPANY INFO before your shipment is picked up to protect yourself from loosing your item.

I am now just using this site for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSED ONLY and will not bid on or take a shipment from this site

Thanks for the info guys.  It would have taken me weeks to find that info on my own.  I wouldn't have known where to start looking.

Just for your info. I got word today that Translogic out of Bad Axe MI is no longer paying transporters. I looked them up on CD and I was shocked. BE CAREFUL. Really you are better off staying away from brokers.
