This is a message to all the people that are using this site to ship something USE A DOT COMPLIANT CARRIER ONLY Its the Federal Law that anyone that transports ANYTHING for any kind of PAYMENT be a DOT COMPLIANT CARRIER. It doesnt matter if its as small as a BREADBOX or as large as a ARMY TANK the CARRIER NEEDS to be DOT COMPLIANT Ask for their INSURANCE COMPANY INFO before your shipment is picked up to protect yourself from loosing your item. I am now just using this site for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSED ONLY and will not bid on or take a shipment from this site

I leave for two days and all hell breaks loose! Very entertaining stuff here and on the other thread. What else did I miss? Jasperrone, FYI: ( not that it's any of my business but this is a public forum for uship members) from what I am reading if any party involved in the transaction disputes part or all of the cancellation details the cancellation process gets reviewed and a decision is held over until all the information from both parties is received to be able to make a better determination of the actual valid reason for the cancellation. From there it is determined if a refund is in order. If it is disputed it CAN and WILL take some time. The part I don't understand is what you wish to accomplish with all the threats and the attacks on the TSPs that responded. You did post this on the forum pages for everyone to see and comment on. You don't like the answers you are getting.......well that's just tough! But you did post it here yourself. There is an actual process to the whole thing that you don't seem to understand. The TSPs were just trying to make you aware of it. All that other stuff and the attacks against the TSPs........uncalled for. I'd be surprised if uship helps you at all. Next time think about that before you go posting stuff on the forums for comment. It is, after all, a public forum for all uship members.W H E R E H A V E Y O U B E E N? | Sicker than a dog, stuck at the border waiting for someone to come get their stuff and back on the road again. I was actually trying call you but could not get through. I heard about all that flooding and was going to see how you were holding up.
