How do I contact a shipper to let them know I want to use them? I clicked on accept bid, but the bid had expired. I sent a re-bid, but I don't know if the shipper will accept it or not. I don't know what to do to let them know I still want them to transport my horse.

You can request a bid from any specific TSP.  Just find them in the provider's directory and go from there.

My intention isn't to be offensive, but here you're not dealing with UPS, FedEx or DHL kinds of companys operating thousands of truck on scheduled routes.  Most of the TSPs on this site are small operators with 1 or 2 trucks and drivers.  These trucks move around and sometimes very quickly.  The fact that a TSP was interested in your shipment one day, may not still be the situation the following day because the truck may be 600 miles away by then.  By the same token, the price or offer you receive one day may not be valid and available the following day for the same reason.  Those are reasons to act quickly and take advantage of an acceptable offer immediately.  Check out the TSP's profile & feedback; verify their credentials; ask them questions; and accept quickly if the offer and TSP are acceptable.  There is absolutely no reason to assume that an offer will be there 30 minutes later.  That TSP may have moved or may have accepted another load in a very short period of time.

Good luck and I hope you get the TSP to rebid by requesting a bid from them.
