Hi,

We are starting to get ready to be able to haul autos and I was hoping someone could help me with a sample of a Bill of Lading form that you use.  I have looked on the internet and found generic ones but was hoping to see a more specific auto transport bill of lading.

Thanks so much,

Lee

Lee....

Just curious, but why would you want anything other than a generic BoL form?  I order everything from JJ Keller & Associates, except if I happen to run out on the road and have to buy a few at a truck stop.

Well, Some of my shippers provide their own BOLs, but I always make them sign mine anyway...
The more curious part is, if a shipper is carrying their own goods (in this case cars) do they need a BOL in the first place?

Did you acquire and VERIFY the validity of your chosen Carrier's FEDERALLY MANDATED DOT & MC #'s as per the UShip User Agreement?

Note: Did you know that NO active "MC #" = No COMMERCIAL insurance?

OOPS !!!!!!!

INTERSTATE" transport requires an ACTIVE "MC" number! You verify it at the Government's "REAL TIME" web site: http://li-public.fmcsa.dot.gov/LIVIEW/pkg_html.prc_limain
