I don't know what kind of refund your looking for, but if you mean rebate, the information is provided below.  If you meant the "deposit" you were charged when you accepted a bid, that is not refunded to you.  It uShip's fee that you paid for the service.  You deduct that amount from the total (total bid amount) you pay the TSP for the transport services.  The fee is transferred to the TSP's account and subsequently paid to uSHip for the service.  In reality, even though this is advertised as a "free" service to the shipper, the TSP simply includes that fee in the cost of his/her bid.  I would encourage you to "READ" the User's Agreement and understand the terms and conditions of this site.  As Eric said in another post, you might as well read it...you've already agreed to abide by it.

The information below is courtesy of Tim at Veterans Transport....he did all the research and I just stole it from his previous post.  Thank Tim for it...............

Steps to Claim your Rebate

After you complete the match on the uShip marketplace, and your shipment is delivered, you must leave the carrier feedback to be eligible for the rebate.

After you leave feedback, send uShip a money request via PayPal. You must have a PayPal account to be eligible for the rebate. If you do not have a PayPal account, Sign up for PayPal now! It's fast and free! If you do have a PayPal account, send a money request via PayPal to rebate@uShip.com.

In the PayPal money request, please provide ALL of the following information:

In the Email Subject field enter: uShip Rebate

In the Notes field enter the following:
Your Full Name
Email Address
Phone Number
Address
Your uShip userID
Your accepted Service Provider's uShip userID
Date of Match
Date Pickup took Place
Date Delivery took Place
Date Feedback was left for your Service Provider
Type of Feedback left (positive, neutral, or negative)
Shipment Listing Title
Accepted Bid Amount

Requests that do not contain ALL of the above information will not be honored.
This promotion is only for your first shipment match. If you have multiple shipments listed, the rebate will only apply to your first completed match. Requests for rebates on other matches will not be honored. Please allow uShip up to 30 days to process this request.

Important

The promotional period begins March 25, 2005 and may end at any time without prior notice, at the discretion of uShip. uShip will send a PayPal payment (of either $10, $25, $50, or $100 dollars based on the match price - see above table) to any uShip member who lists a shipment during the promotional period, accepts a bid placed on that shipment, has their shipment delivered by a uShip carrier, pays the selected carrier the agreed upon bid price, and leaves feedback for the carrier. Only the first shipment match is eligible.

The accepted bid must be at a minimum of $100. Although the shipment must be listed during the promotional period, the shipper may accept the bid by a service provider at any time. The shipment must actually be physically delivered by the service provider/carrier selected by the shipper and the shipper must leave feedback for the service provider before a rebate will be processed. To receive a rebate, a completed rebate request must be sent by the shipper to uShip within 60 days of the match date. See below for the procedure to send a rebate request to uShip. Following a fully completed rebate request by the shipper to uShip, a payment of either $10, $25, $50, or $100 will be made from uShip, Inc. to the shipper via PayPal within 30 days of receiving the request, subject to verification of the above qualifications and conditions. This promotional payment to the shipper does not, in any way, decrease, waive, or change the agreed upon accepted bid amount that the shipper must directly pay the service provider, nor the uShip match fee which is charged to the service provider.

All rebates must be requested no later than 60 days after the date that the match occurs on the uShip website.

Requests for rebates received after 60 days from the date of the match will not be honored.

After you have sent the Paypal money request, please print a copy of your match details page. On the back of the printout, write the following: "I attest that delivery of this shipment did take place on __________". Enter the date the delivery actually took place in the blank. Please sign and date the printout and mail to:

uShip, Inc.

Attn: Refund Promotion Department

3601 South Congress Avenue

Suite C104

Austin, TX 78704

Requests for rebates that are not accompanied by the required mail-in above,

This promotion is only for your first shipment match. If you have multiple shipments listed, the rebate will only apply to your first completed match. Requests for rebates on other matches will not be honored.

Please allow uShip up to 30 days to process this request.

Important: The promotional period begins March 25, 2005 and may end at any time without prior notice, at the discretion of uShip. uShip will send a PayPal payment (of either $10, $25, $50, or $100 dollars based on the match price - see above table) to any uShip member who lists a shipment during the promotional period, accepts a bid placed on that shipment, has their shipment delivered by a uShip carrier, pays the selected carrier the agreed upon bid price, and leaves feedback for the carrier. After looking around this is what I found and was wondering if this is your MOM's CAMPER? Click on the link and see if it is, you can see the person that shipped it and then maybe go from there but the user name used doesnt even come close to your Moms name but that doesnt mean anything. Hope this helps its the most info I found about the guy you talked about that shipped a camper.

USE A DOT COMPLIANT CARRIER ONLY

Its the Federal Law that anyone that transports ANYTHING for any kind of PAYMENT MUST be a DOT COMPLIANT CARRIER. It doesnt matter if its as small as a BREADBOX or as large as a ARMY TANK the CARRIER NEEDS to be

DOT COMPLIANT

Ask for their INSURANCE COMPANY INFO before your shipment is picked up to protect yourself from loosing your item and call the company to check its a good POLICY, some have been know to make FAKE POLICY PAPERS UP.

Thanks again

If you are e-mailing the 'support' address your message is probably getting 'filtered' as 'Junk'! Yes, they have junk filters turned on and they don't check it! you might try emailing 'Mickey', 'Heather', or 'Jay' [at] uship... You might get a better response. Heather has proven to be quite helpful in the past.
