| Folks just might want to remember that this site has grown considerably since its inception. To my understanding, in the beginning, it was simply a path in which to hook up private individuals to get their purchases via some other private individual headed in that direction. Fuel for one, savings for the other. Essentially it circumvented things like insurance and authority cause the people simply didn't view themselves as being "for hire". Granted, today shippers are much more savoy and understand the value of "legal transport". Unfortunately, everyone still want's a great deal. Us included! Afterall, who wouldn't like to have a dollar a mile for every vehicle they can haul. Still, the rates here are what you make them. As stated, you know how much it costs to go down the road, set your minimum and stand by it! Finally, compare these rates to centraldispatch, look how many vehicles are moving there for a quarter a mile.

| With all due respect if you also watch all of freight then you know that uship freight pays better than any broker... As for myself I do come in lower at times..That the spirit on the site..I haul a 53' tri-axle drop frame. cubing out at 4400 ft. most the tsp's cant match that cube. so i have the space to haul more for less. i also come lower at times because i cant wait. it take it or leave it.
