I dont understand why you say no company will do a job without getting paid first????
Us carriers with ACTIVE AUTHORITY [content removed – outside of the uShip forum policies. Members may not use the forums in the following ways:
- Using the forum to rate other members or to give them negative feedback, including "warning" or discouraging the community from transacting with or responding to any other uShip member, regardless of whether such posts are justified or not. Please use the feedback system to rate any member you have completed a shipment with. If you have not completed a match with another member, you cannot give them feedback.
- Posting instances of member violations or fraud. To report suspected violations or fraud, please follow the procedures in the uShip User Agreement.
- Posting profanity, hate language, hostile, or disruptive comments, interpersonal disputes, or threats of violence against other members.
- Discussing or reposting deleted posts.
- Posting contact information.

dont need to worry about getting paid first because we own the cargo that is on the trailer. If they dont pay, we can drop it off in storage and rack up the fees LEGALLY.

, if you guys were to try and pull that off for non pay, YOU CANNOT drop in storage, cops can be called and you can be subject to THEFT or worse, DOT FINES FOR NO AUTHORITY.
So maybe NON AUTHORITY "ILLEGAL PEOPLE" may not want to get paid on the delivery end because of this, or maybe that ILLEGAL PEOPLE haul cheap as it is, that they cant afford there fuel to get to the destination.
But yes, every company is different, but fact of the matter is, if you move alot of stuff, 99.99% of the time if you not billing, the shipment will be COD, YOU HAVE NO CHOICE IN THE MATTER!!!!

| It's not wrong. But I dont ask for one. which makes me appear more stable.. which is really bs but it does to the avg. joe.. the real reason i dont ask for up front money is i dont like counting dollars that aren't really mine yet. it could make you use it..
