| I have tried to bid on a load, then the credit card info comes up saying they want to verify who I am. I do not have any credit cards, how am I suppose to get this done? Can anyone suggest something. Please Help! I am new to this, so any information would help.

Hi Laurent,
Thank you for your post. uShip requires that a credit or debit card be associated with your uShip account. This is required as a part of our identity verification process.

| I am haveing somewhat the same problem i tried three of my cards and there all good but rejected every time . i need help too

| well i have a debt card on my account but its not only active any more. My number got stolen. now i don't have a credit card or debit card now. i need one thought.

Hi Nick,
Thank you for your post. You can update your credit card that you have on file from your uShip account. Once logged in go to "My uShip" and your "My Account" area. Then click on the 'Update Billing and Credit Card Information' to add a new credit card. A member of the uShip team will follow-up with you directly to see if you need any additional assistance.
