| I already answered a question from a service provider but need to clarify my answer. Uship will not let me re-answer the same question and it's become extremely frustrating as I have a job and not a lot of time to waste. How can I contact the service provider?

| The process here is to get the TSP to actually submit a bid. Once a bid is submitted, you can ask the TSP all the questions you want.

| Be clear on what you have to ship, when you want to ship it and use a DOT compliant carrier, no numbers, no load.

| Ezekiel Simmons posted a bid to do my move and then cancelled it before the acceptance deadline. I would like to know why the bid was cancelled? I had already responded that I wanted to accept the bid.

So is there a way to do this? I have a similar problem in that a provider sent me a message saying he could quote if I could take pickup on Thurs the 19th. After I answered I noticed Thurs is the 20th and now don't know whether he meant Wed or Thur. Given the short time I will probably not be able to accept his quote because there is no way to ask for a clarification.
Even if this problem had not occurred, I would still have an issue in that I need to coordiante with another person and will no matter what need to reply to his question 2-3 times to answer all he needs to know.
No a good way to have this set up at all.

Not True. You CANNOT ask a question on a bid. It certainly says you can. It specifically says you can go to the Ask Question link on either the listing page or the Bid Details page BUT I'm hear to tell you that I have a listing right now with a bid received from a Service Provider and no matter how I try it on any page, I cannot get an option to ask a question of that provider. It simply says No questions have been asked.
If you've got a way or some secret trick, Please inform the rest of us.

| I'm with everyone else. Something STRANGE when you can't communicate with your shipper other than to accept the bid 'no questions asked'...!! I had two communications with my shipper and then no more...I agreed to pickup time and was waiting for his 're-bid', which never happened. Too STRANGE.

| It doesn't bode well for the rest of us if uShip is just now (i.e., 9/21) looking into a problem you reported on 6/7. I'm having the sam problem today, 10/1.
