I am looking on moving some household Items to Texas.
I have a F-350 and 25' Flatbed Trailer. What are my restrictions? I have my operating authority.
Have any rules changed in the state of Texas. I have heard recently that Texas DOT requires
every trailer to stop. This is my own household furniture and belongings.

Moving your own personal belongings should not be a problem as long as you can prove it is your stuff. You don't need authority to move your personal belongings.

As for hauling other people's stuff you better be very very careful. Why do I say this?, because according to the DOT you have no authority as of 8/21/2008 when it was dismissed and show no current insurance on file. Seems there never was any insurance as there is no history of there ever being any. May want to rephrase your profile to reflect the facts.
