| I listed a shipment on 6/19/2009 with a "Book it Now" feature. I specified pickup 6/19/2009 to 6/26/2009, and delivery 6/20/2009 to 6/29/2009. Yet the winning bid, which was locked in as a "Buy it Now," says pick up within 7 days, delivery within 5 days of pick up. That's up to 12 days, or 7/1/2009. Why the difference? I entered the date I wanted the load delivered, yet the Buy it Now feature allowed a booking that could mean the load is delivered up to 3 days later than specified. It seems like there must be a glitch somewhere.....

| No glitch, you specified what you wanted. Seems the service provider didn't read the fine print and just "booked it now". Just cancel since they CAN NOT meet your pick-up and delivery requirements and re-list without the book it now. That option seems to cause more problems then its worth.
