| Has anyone experienced this? If so, how was it resolved. I have posed questions to a shipper; they have apparently responded as the [respond] prompt appears, but no text. I asked them to reply via 'View Bid Details' which they apparently tried as I received the '1 Question' link in the upper right hand corner; but when I clicked on the link, there was no question posted. I have no messages in my uShip inbox or at my designated email address. Any ideas? This is extrememly frustrating as it is the only means of communicating with the shipper to get clarfication on his shipment and/or answer qeustions re: my bid, pricing, and timing.
