I was faced with the prospect of renting a vehicle and making an 8 hour roundtrip to pick up valuable and delicate items.
Before committing, I decided to check out shipping companies on line. In the course of the search I came across Uship. After checking it out, I decided it was legit and put my shipment up for bids.
I was actually surprised to get real bids, most of which were reasonable enough to make a do-it-myself project unnecessary.
I picked the one that seemed to have the equipment, price and capability to meet my needs, with some apprehension, but was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating the shipper proved to be. The actual delivery was made without flaw in terms of promised service, care of good and punctuality. The price was right and I got my goods in perfect order exactly as promised.
Uship - great idea.
